How can I solve this problem?
I got a mail, presumably from UPS, saying there was a package for me. Very gullibly, I opened it, and then I got a window saying I had a virus, and soon wasn't able to open either google chrome or internet explorer. Even those windows give me the choice to either purchase win 7 total security, or something like that, or ignore the problem, invariable I get another window asking me to purchase it. Like I have no choice.
My girlfriend suggested I deleted both programs from my computer, and then reinstall them. I wonder if I will be able to access internet without them on my computer.
I bought this computer in Mexico, about 8 months ago, and now I live in Japan. I didn't bring the original disc with me. Don't know what to do. I'm at a loss. Please help!
